New to NoFap, feeling a tad hopeless

    I'm 34. The porn habit is not super heavy with me, but has been a part of my life for far too long. It's affected many things. It is undoubtably an addiction.

    I'm a music producer/filmmaker. I'm hoping to treat the P addiction in the same way, and with the same seriousness that I have treated drug addictions in the past.

    Glad this is here, and I plan to engage with the community.

    Welcome. Keep a log here on nofap. Just write your thoughts as you go on this journey. Stay away from your phone or computer as much as is practical and put a block on them at least at the start until you have stayed away for a long period of time. Stay strong life is better without porn. Best of luck.

    New to the site too, have been having a hard time lately with relapses but am determined to beat this addiction. I’m 20 about to be 21. Have been trying to get over this stuff for a while but just recently decided to actually take it seriously since it has started to affect my productivity and overall quality of life. We’re gonna make it through this and I think this site is a big step in the right direction considering I’ve never been able to actually share this struggle with anyone.
