    So im close to day 7, and I decided to have some sex with a partner. Im a PIED Fapstronaut

    I wanna ask what do you think. Please answer only people that had tried it after a week.

    From my experience, one week is not enough to cure PIED. But this will be very much depending on the damage you have done. Some people report improvements after 30 days and some talk about improvements but still not 100% erection quality even after 90 days. My recommendation: give it proper time to heal - you will notice when you are ready. Getting morning wood and erections that don't go away after 1 minute might be good signs.
