Day 7 and I'm moving up to the 14-day challenge! I also managed to run a full 5k this morning without stopping so feeling really great about myself today! Stay strong bros, and remember that a fall is only a fail if you don't stand up and carry on. <3 <3 <3

 

Survived Day 1, was a bit shaky but I went to the mandir (Hindu Church) yesterday and that stopped me from drowning. I had a good chat with one of the pastors who told me his athletic stories back when he was my age. Onto Day 2.
