    I'm not lazy.
Yeah, we're all selfish a little.
    Not jealous, at all.

I have self doubt and paranoia.

    And, I'm 14.

How old are you? 50?

Ambitious goal... Perhaps first try changing yourself.

Really ? After hundreds of posts over several month, you don't know why you are here ?

Think about what brought you here (back in February, according to your profile) the first time. What were you trying to accomplish then ? What were your goals, objectives, and reasons for being here ? Are they still the same, or do you need to change them ?

What are you doing to keep your goals fresh in your mind each day ? When you lose sight of your goals, objectives, and "why's" motivation weakens and resets and relapses often follow.

Think about why you are here and start changing yourself. It will be good practice for your goal of changing the world. (and you CAN succeed at both ... but only if you start... you've got work to do, get busy. NOW !)

One day at a time is how we all succeed.

Exactly, when I’ve felt like that, it was almost like I was enjoying watching my life fall apart. I wanted to see things destroyed.

we do NoFap because we have to. Someone said Nofap is a lifestyle. You can relapse, come back, be stronger and relapse, come back again and again... It is not about 90 or 365 or 500 (btw, I admire people who achieve that) it's about you evolving as a good person.

By here, I meant, on this Earth.

I don't know my purpose in life.

I want to deeply know my purpose.

And 99.99% of people don't know their purpose in life, because they never take the time to think upon it.

Try succeeding. Its a LOT more fun than failing !

  16. For me:

The addict part of me wants badly to return to certain behaviors (which I won't list since they can be triggering) and I keep reminding myself of the consequences/damage done by those behaviors.

I still struggle with the PMO but the frequency has decreased a lot since starting this journey. I need to get to zero PM and hope to find a good woman someday and have O in a real committed relationship. I won't ever find that good woman for a real committed relationship as long as I'm clinging to the PM.

Also, I notice that I enjoy the outdoors a lot more when I'm in an extended time away from PMO. My senses seem to be more sensitive to the beauty of Creation.

Those are some reasons we all need to quit.
