My battery is at almost 0 percent.

    Hello everybody,

    for over 20 years I consume porn about 4 times per week. First I thought it is not so much, but now I am 41 and every year my libido is decreasing.
    A much bigger problem is that I have a lot of brain fog and very few energy in my daily life. My emotions are OK, but my battery is just empty and I cannot focus on anything.

    So I am here now and I will start 90 days detox.
