    Feeling anger and sadness today. Really needing to stay connected today so I don’t medicate.
    Angry that I’m still battling flatline and want to connect on social media to feel wanted and validated. That makes me sad.

    I’m present
    I’m healing my marriage
    I’m healing me
    I’m rewiring years of trauma to my brain
    Im curing my PIED
    I’m reversing death grip syndrome
    My D is no longer a scared turtle
    My testicles are no longer dried walnuts
    I don’t recognize woman as objects (nearly as often)
