    Hello there
That you have these thoughts is normal! don't pay attention to them! Do this activities instead!
    • Meditate
    • do some physical activities like go for a walk in the forest, go for a run , go to the gym.
    • read a book
    • play some videogames

Don't give in man!! It's already a good thing you went here to talk to us. It shows that you really don't want to do PMO. Think about why you are doing NoFap. If the urges are realy strong, just go out for a walk, clear your head.

Perhaps the most helpful thing you can do when facing strong urges is to get yourself into a physical location where you are not alone. Go out for a walk. Go to the park. Go to the gym. Go to the library. Go shopping. Call and visit a friend. Do something where you are not alone. Do not use your connected devices - so at least for now, no browsing AT ALL. When an urge strikes, count backwards from 200 to 0 in strange intervals, say by 3's (200, 197, 194 ... ) . The small mental effort required to do that often distracts your brain long enough to get past the urge.

Then, take some time each day - actually several times a day - to remind yourself WHY you are pursuing your noPMO journey of healing. If you have written down your goals, objectives, and "why I am here", read them at least twice a day to help you remember why you are on your noPMO journey of healing. If you haven't yet written down your goals, do it. Writing them out will help clarify your thinking and it somehow helps create a "brain-link" that says to you "pay attention to this, its really important". Having them written also enables you to re-read your goals whenever you feel temptations or urges.

You can do this. You know you can.

One day at a time is how we all succeed.

Can't recommend meditation enough. It teaches you how to dismiss unwanted thoughts that pop up in your mind.

I have started meditating for 15 minutes every morning before I go to work. During the day if a P thought enters my mind, I simply go into a meditative state momentarily until the thought passes. This is really useful for me and I hope you can make it work too!
