Back after a long, bad relapse. I need your help.

    Relapsed for about 3 weeks straight. It was pretty bad. And I feel very ashamed of myself.

    I want to be able to use NoFap as my community for support, and I want to reciprocate the support I receive. I absolutely MUST get better. I MUST get this addiction under wraps, and never let it take control of me again.

    Any words of encouragement will be greatly appreciated.

    I hope to be posting very regularly, and when I am in a time of trouble, I hope to come here first.

    Thank you for admitting it. Must have taken quite an amount of courage. Waiting to see your progress.

    Although i haven't yet achieved it myself, I fully recommend some time of preparation and hard 90 afterwards. With the attitude that you have, I'm sure you can do it, mate!
