Day 0/ 30.. relapsed at 21 day.. couldnot hold my urges.. i was mentally disturbed.. these urges have not let me sleep for 3 consecutive days prodding me to peek porn consequently leading to PMO.. really dissapointed

 

If you had to resist that much then you're still making progress, dont get discouraged, you haven't really completely lost momentum so don't stop now

day 15 and 16 complete, halfway there, probably flatlining idk

Made it through day 4. Several bouts with old images popping into my head.

I talked to my wife about it that helped to redirect my mind. When we are silent about our struggle the devil has us where he wants us.

Day 5 starts now. Best of luck to everyone out there. Keep battling we’re all in this together.

I can relate, it is amazing how powerful the drug of porn is. There is a real withdrawal. Keep fighting and try to get through those walls.
