    Excerpt:

    1. Masturbation Releases “Different” Chemicals in Our Brain than Having Actual Sex with a Woman

Having sex with a woman stimulates almost completely different parts of the brain than sitting at home masturbating.

This isn’t exactly OK because it affects us negatively.

During my research, I came across studies that were conducted on what activity happens in our brain when we have sex compared to what is happening in our brain when we masturbate.

Now IF these studies are true, what they found is pretty wild… But I encourage you to do your own research and come to your own conclusion.

During the study, a brain scan was performed on a man while he was having sex with a woman and then another brain scan was performed while he was masturbating – to see if there was an ACTUAL difference.

The results of these brain scans were surprising.

The first scan revealed that while the dude was having intercourse with the woman, the areas of his brain associated with love, nurturing, affection, touch, and pleasure were being strongly affected, activated, and those areas LIT UP like a Christmas tree on the screen.

BUT, the second brain scan revealed a much different picture.

The brain scan resembled someone shooting up heroine or doing crack cocaine!

    brain scan of masturbation

    Dr. Marty Klein explains:

“…when so-called sex addicts are involved in sex (for example, when watching pornography), the part of their brain that lights up (the mesolimbic pathway) is the same part that lights up when a heroin addict has injected heroin.”

An orgasm is an orgasm. Physical intimacy with a lover releases oxytocin. Karezza and other non-ejaculatory sexual practices allow one to avoid being struck by Cupid's Poisoned Arrow right after having an orgasm.

The point on lower back pain was interesting. I developed a weird pain that could be attributed to this. Who knows, maybe after 90 days or so it'll go away.

The depression, low energy, isolation, caring too much what others think, social anxiety, feminine and submissive manners, all sound very strongly like how I have been.

I read the 33 reasons, am listening to the video and am seriously thinking of buying the book. Thanks very much for posting this. I also appreciate NoSaint's attitude, too, because I love a clear concrete approach to a very delusion and fantasy-based habit/addiction.

The eBook is free, only the audio book he charges for. And yes, all the studies and brain scans don't really matter if you can do your own experiments and get results, regardless if they a from the placebo effect! Who really cares!

There was sth in this article that really scared me somehow. It takes up to 14 days to recover from dopamine drop. And that's like two weeks of numbness to everything even after quitting.I mean you don't have masturbation and sex and other things don't please you neither. That's like 2 hard weeks!!!

I dunno, I have a friend who is also addicted to porn, and sex, and he wakes up early every morning and does rigorous physical labor. He's healthy and happy, relatively. People like him. He has no problem talking to women. He's not depressed. I suspect we are just depressed-etc people who turn to porn. Porn doesn't cause our problems, we do.
