Well I made it through day 4, but yesterday afternoon and this morning were tough. Pretty much paralysed from being able to do anything useful. Just endlessly on here and fighting urges (successfully!) with brain trying all sorts of tricks on me. But I made it! So, should be good until at least late Wednesday now

5 days done. Woke up this morning feeling like I had relapsed and failed! But then realised that I must have dreamt it, after a little bit of fantasizing. So weird.
The day itself was mostly uneventful, other than some brief flashbacks whilst in a cathedral! Of all places.
Well in to day 6 now. A week is not far away

Day 6. I’ve had really difficult urges to handle when thinking about being intimate with my significant other but I got through it without indulging at all!
