Question about shy bladder?

    Ive gotten shy bladder from excessive pmo. From other people with it, I was wondering how long did it take to notice an improvement and also, will kegels have an effect on it?

    How do you know excessive pmo is the cause for the condition? If quitting pmo doesn't help you should seek for a CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy). It will help you
