When I am on a brain fog time seems to go faster and I don't find time to do what I want.
My decisions are not wise enough and I waste time in unproductive stuff, and I get distracted easily.

Any ideas about how to solve this?
At least a temporary solution until these days pass.

Well how many days are you having in your streak? I don't judge reboot on # of days alone but it is a rough guideline as to where you're at.

Assuming you just relapsed though, I think given that kind of state where you're really in it, not to mention maybe a deep sense of guilt and shame you have to go with some kind of structured support at that point. #1 and the traditional thing is social connection, and that is based on trust. Even if it's just an AP online you've never met in person, if you can trust them enough to not just be there but listen to them like you would to yourself when you're more clear headed then you can find your way back.

Aside from the social aspect, if you have some kind or ritual you can go *back* to then that can be a support, but like the relationships you have to build that in the first place. With the social support in the beginning it's a leap of faith, and it's similar with a ritual because in the beginning it may be like it sounds good on paper, and you'll try anything. But once you get clearer headed is when you might see why it works, or if you designed it yourself you remember it was a good plan even if you don't recall why.

And finally, I think when you are in the deep fog mono/unitasking rather than multitasking is essential. There have been days where that's the only thing getting me through the work day, that's just the only way you can even function. But really this is something you have to work on all the time especially in this day and age anyway. Unless one is a lumberjack or something any work involving technology and information tends to require multitasking, but even when that's the case you want to try to cut down as much as possible.

If you're already on a good nofap count i would recommend you should check on your diet, sleep and environment, if you're having enough sleep alongwith nofap it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes I am, but I feel so tired like this after wet dreams, I don't know why.

Yes we have to counter wetdreams by following strict schedule, I have discovered a way but it is pretty hard to follow, nightfall screws up all the nofap benefits.

Whenever you are about to have sexual thoughts just put up a 3x3 digit multiplication problem practice it, the mind will get so much involved it will forget everything else, it is hard at first but slowly becomes easier. Sleep Early, wake up early, do not watch any screen 2 hours before bedtime, have a bland diet, I know it is hard but nothing comes easy.
