Paradigm shift

Hey guys, I wanted to share something with all of you.

So I am currently on day 44 of NoFap and I've been noticing lately that simply by not viewing porn, I am changing a paradigm.

Before I did NoFap, when I saw a hot girl on the street, I'd get horny by looking at her. But lately when I look at a hot girl, I just correct myself without thinking. I just look straight in the eyes, or look at her clothes and think in myself: Wow, that looks so good on her. Like I see the person, and not an object. I'm super happy with this change of thought.

I think avoiding sexual content overall helps a alot with this. I don't use social media anymore, so I don't see any models n stuff on insta. When I watch a series or a movie with a sex scene, I'll most likely just skip it. It just makes you horny less often.

Just try to avoid sexual content, and correct yourself when looking at girls for example. It will become normal to correct yourself. I dunno. It helped me.
