Exams ahead and possible failure only due to PMO

    It's my final exam two days later and I have relapsed twice now. I have been seriously fighting/struggling with these addictions for the whole of my 37 days of exam leaves. I haven't studied. And I am sure to flunk again due to this evil.
    I've learned this time that I am pretty sure this viscous cycle will run again next time in next attempt of exams, so to overcome I MUST:
    -Workout daily + Diet
    -Study daily
    -Religiously follow this journey of No PMO.

    I pray one day everything will be alright for all of the similar cases struggling the same way.

    It definitely is a real thing. I read a research paper on it and it said that constant PRO reduces gray matter in the part of the brain that is responsible for motivation. Just keep abstaining and it will get better, your life will instantly start getting better. Whenever you feel like relapsing use the emergency tool, keep the nofap website open in your Internet browser.

    I know how you feel. I had a similar situation once but not before my final exam. I really had to force myself to study. Even though I got often distracted by an erection, I made it.

    So all I can say: It is definitely possible to do a good final exam, even if you had a relapse. Keep going on NoFap!

    you are right if you don't study you will probably fail. if you study consistently you will feel prepared confident and great and you can succeed.
