Hey, welcome to NoFap!

I'm glad to see that you made the decision to join NoFap and get PMO out of your life. It's a big step. Just always remember all the reasons why you're doing this.

I'm seventeen, and like you I've suffered a lot from anxiety, and issues with self-esteem. That's a big part of what brought me here to NoFap although I've had a few No PMO streaks in the past before I officially joined NoFap. Trust me, it does help. It helps a lot. Take a look at this post to see some of the benefits that NoFap can offer you. Those are all things I've personally experienced being on these streaks.

Before I started doing these streaks, I was an anxious mess all the time. I had no motivation. I had no confidence. I just basically wanted to stay at home, and do nothing. That was my life for years. And even though I've had a few failed streaks, I've seen big improvements. I can get up, and have some motivation to get through my day. I'm not as anxious, and I can look people in the eyes. For years, my worst fear was giving a presentation in front of the class. I would literally rather take whatever penalty there was for not doing it instead of doing it. And after about five days of a NoFap streak shortly before summer break, I gave a presentation for the first time in years. And I wasn't even that nervous. That was huge for me!

Hello, fellow 16-year-old, good job on starting this battle so early in life! I have no idea what else to say, but yeah I usually try and welcome other ppl who are under 18 on here so keep up the good work.
