Hi everyone.Nice to meet you all.
I am a 38yr old male professional.I was introduced to porn from the age of 18 by friend who gave me a softporn magazine.I considered it harmless but as time passed i started watching porn on weekends when i was doing my graduation.During postgraduation it became everyday i was watching porn and masturbating.I did not realize that i have an addiction problem until i got married at 35yr.I found that i was more interested in watching porn than engaging in real sex.It bothered her and she had her own body image issues.Ultimately the guilt and shame of watching pornography which i hid from my wife took a toll on our marriage. We got divorced 1yr later. After the divorce i had lost all hope until one day when i googled porn and i came across this site.So here i am.Really excited to be part of the community.Today i am starting my first day of abstaining from PMO.Wish me luck everyone.

This will help you a lot, watch this and say goodbye to urges forever

    https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/if-youre-struggling.232140/

But however urges are sometimes attacking even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
