Hai everyone, I am new here in this forum. This would be my last step
to overcome my porn addiction. I really hope you all help me.
I started to masturbate when I was 12 and I started to watch porn when I was 16.
Everything was fine until I indulged into prone masturbation. I would just stop before I could ejaculate and as the sensation reduces I would start back to hump on the pillow while watching porn. I could do this for hours without ejaculating.
This continued until I reach 20 years old where actually I lost my erection even for normal porn. I also having premature ejaculation problem. I am having it for 5 years and I was really in depression. I started to drink and smoke a lot and I really hate my life.
I am scared to approach any girls and I always think its the end of my life.
I really hope this forum will give me a new hope and light in my life. Again thank you all.
I tried to stop watching porn many times but was unsuccessful after few days.
Today I am going to start again and I will post here for the support of you guys. I really want to change my life. I had enough suffering already.

This will help you a lot, watch this and say goodbye to urges forever

    https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/if-youre-struggling.232140/

But however urges are sometimes attacking even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^

I hope you know the significance of your realization, many people don't give it the recognition necessary. you've chosen not to accept an unhappy life, you've chosen to change, you've shown immense self-awareness and identified flaws openly when you could've easily hidden and secretly continued to wallow away in an empty existence. But you haven't and that's a beautiful thing, being positive is essential.
