Yeah.... this flatline that I'm in has been particularly depressing, but I think it's a deeper flatline, because I'm not conciously looking for or thinking(trying not to) anything sexual!!!
Flatline sucks, but I've had a lot of different addictions and they all get better eventually.
    This one is no different.
You will surivive, sure you may hurt a lot psychologically and you may hate yourself, but just remember it's all temporary.
    Pain makes you strong.

The first week or two is the worst for me. I get the odd day where I am incredibly depressed, but reminding myself that it's the process really helps me getting through them. The next day I feel better, and ready to continue the fight. After about two weeks, your body get's used to the normal dopamine levels, and the depression goes away.

You can really feel down, and it may be up to you to pick yourself up. Stay strong and remember your reason for doing this. My reason is what has gotten me to 24 days no sweat. You always have a choice.

  6. I found nofap has helped my depression and anxiety but only in the longer term. Was worse for a week or three but then lifts. Stick with it.

Withdrawal from PMO is very difficult.

Depression like symptoms occur but they don't last. Nevertheless they feel horrible while they are happening.

For me it felt like i was reliving childhood traumas and un processed sadness and grief. The addiction can cover over a lot of emotional pain.

Stick with it though and the depression/ grief/ despondency lifts. Mindfulness meditation is also very helpful in getting through it.
