Need Help Recovery From Porn Addiction

    I need help i want a better life If possible no more porn viewing or anything close to it. I'm 19 right now any advice how can i rid of this addiction I know its normal to masturbate or to watch porn but i really want to remove that addiction of mine NEED your HELp

    Going to the gym helps me, Just don't look at the cute girls there lol. Also staying away from your house, if you can for long periods of time helps.

    Some of the best advice on this site has been to think of all the things you really want from your life and to juxtapose that with your porn habit. And then take a conscious decision about which one you want to choose. I think you will mostly choose right. And if ever you don't choose right, pick yourself up again and start again.
