What exactly is porn induced erectile dysfunction?

    Hey people,
    I'm very new here and am trying to explore and learn as much as possible...One of the main reasons why I signed up for this program is because I feel like am losing my erection capacity by PMO. However,I'm not very sure about that though..

    I started masturbating when I was around 13 and now I'm 18.I've recently discovered that my morning wood has become soft. Sometimes I don't even have one. It has been really concerning me for a while now. I have a healthy weight.I do not smoke or drink alcohol either.But I have masturbated a lot over the years. Around 4 or 5 times a day during off days or long vacations. And it was mostly done watching porn too.Now I can't get erections without physical stimulation and this really makes me worried. I noticed it around 2 months ago and had been ignoring it for a while,completely dismissing it as 'natural'...But I don't really think 'this' is. I read an article that said that porn reduces the brain's sensitivity to sexual stuff..Is that why I can't get it up? Why do I not get instant erections even when I look at somebody hot,like I used to? Is this condition curable if I completely abstain from PMO for a few months? Or is there some other possible cause for my problem?I'm willing to do whatever it takes to return to normal...Please help!

    For what duration of time exactly? Do you have an estimate?
     
  4. 2 weeks you will start see improvement. A month and it is good. Don't underestimate the food and don't smoke.

  6. Garlic, onion, watermelon, veggies, fruits. Eggs, fish, nuts, lean meat. Water in moderation.

    Moving the body is essential, so the blood moves. Do walking and chill.
