Did PMO cause my social anxiety?

probably it's not the only reason but 99/100 it's one of them..pmo is a real addiction and this addiction tends to isolate you bc it's not like drug or cigarettes that you can find some place and person that think you can do it in front of them without problem.. if you are ashamed by what you do then yes. but pmo causes dysregulation of various chemistry in the brain. it causes bad mood, social anxiety, etc. you can feel social anxiety even if you don’t do pmo for a long time. i feel it sometimes and I am over a year on reboot. but it passes. maybe you'll be a confident guy
