Duration effect of cold showers

    Sometimes I have urges. Strong urges.

    Sometimes chaser effect hit me a lot and is hard.

    I do cold showers to kill urges and I think that cold showers are really urges killer.

    Tell me please, what is the duration of the effect of cold shower?

    I mean after how many time after a cold shower urges are back?

    What time after a cold shower we are "protected"?

    Best to have cold showers before bedtime. Or morning time. Don’t think just do it. Effects last reasonable maybe a full day depending on your daily activity. The busier you are the hotter you’ll get.. avoid overworking until you’ve rid the addiction.. but during Nofap cultivating your health is important.

    I have factored in a cold shower as part of my morning routine every single day since the start of the new year. Not just for killing urges but for all the other many benefits detailed in various YouTube videos. Highly recommended.
