Hi. Everybody, whilst I'm new to signing up. I have come to this site before to give me some motivation to stop and such.

I've come to this site, because, in a week's time I'll be turning 20 years old, and the truth is, I don't want porn or masturbation in my life anymore. Every time I masturbate, (usually when watching porn) of course it feels so good and right in the moment, but then straight after I think "what have I done" as I know that each time I do so, it takes up a lot of time out of my life, firstly spending time looking through porn videos, then masturbating, then always after having a shower and washing up, as I don't like feeling so dirty and unclean after it, I try to essentially wash what I have done away and start anew. Whilst I have tried nofap before and gone without PMO for probably over a week at the most, I always tend to relapse and masturbate again, either because I have watched porn, or have been angry or stressed out and felt like the sensation I feel after masturbating (especially to porn) would take those feeling away. However, I know this isn't true. Specifically, this week, I'm ashamed to say, I got stuck on looking on hookup/chat sites, which I've unsubscribed from now.

Truthfully, I just want to be free from this burden that PMO makes me carry. I feel like if I stop this, I will then feel more motivated to exercise and eat healthier and then lose some weight, as well as focus more on other things I do (i.e. Guitar - I'm a music student at uni).

I'd really appreciate any advice you guys can give me.

    Thanks.

I thought I should just add, as it's the first step to getting help:

    I have a problem. There I said...Please help me.

  3. Welcome @Almost2Decades. You've made the right choice in coming on here to NoFap. Many times, our progress doesn't start until we share our story with others. There are some really good challenges in the challenge forum you can start with. Also, universities are one of the most stressful places to be, because of test, projects, job, and social responsibilities; and PMO is our body's way of telling us, "You have nobody to turn to for relief but yourself". Don't listen to this. Get somebody whom you can talk to on a daily basis about everything. Maybe a friend, co-worker, family member, etc.

This will help you a lot, watch this and say goodbye to urges forever

    https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/if-youre-struggling.232140/

But however urges are sometimes attacking even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^

Hi everyone. Thank you all so much for your support and advice. It is really uplifting knowing that other people know what you're doing and how to fix the problem
Anyone, I actually feel awesome at the moment now that I haven't watched porn, masturbated, or had an orgasm for almost 3 days now. Truthfully, I don't think I've really even thought about it.
Whilst, also, with that, I've gone until my emails and blocked/unsubscribe from (all that I could/would load) all websites that have anything to do with girls or hooking up/sex.
So, anyway, I feel I'm on the right track, I know I can do this, and what I feel I need to do, in the words of the band Oasis, "Don't Look Back in Anger," I just need to keep looking forward at the positive. The semester at uni is almost over (this being the last week), and also in less than a week (as I've mentioned) I'll be turning 20, so I'm making a point to end my teen years on a positive note, knowing that I can fight the evil, wrong temptations that were bothering, and will not let them back.
    Thanks Again :).

Hi everybody. I think I seriously need some advice. As I mentioned earlier, I was recently going onto sex/hookup sites to chat and see photos, yet I decided to delete/block/unsubscribe any emails of the sort. However, when I just went into my emails there were more to a couple other sites that I hadn't blocked and I went to them.
Granted, I didn't masturbate or orgasm. I did see photos of nude girls on there, and because of that I feel like I've failed already.
    Please help.
Do I need to start again, or is this alright?
    Thanks.

I feel like I should add. The same thing happened a few minutes ago. I went to my email, and there were more emails from those types of hookup websites. I did then sort of sign up on one of them, looked at it, saw a few pictures of girls showing their breasts, and then unsubscribed from all emails from that site.
    I feel like I'm failing.
Please tell me, what should I do?
    Thanks.
