Is there a ratio to years of watching..to time recovery?

    Started when I was 14-28. Roughly 14 years of damage everyday. Does 1 year equal 1month of recovery? It would take me 14 months to fully recover? Thoughts? When I get to two weeks is when I relapse :(

    It doesn't work like that. Hate to say it though but the common opinion is growing up with internet porn makes the process harder to quit as the novelty options are sky high with internet porn and the novelty is a big driver of the addiction.

    Is there something specific you are trying to recover from, typically ED or delayed ejaculation?

    Needless to say, the number is closer to 2years than 2 weeks but if you can do one day, you can beat them all.
