.I am in monk mode. I am watching cricket world cup matches now a days .My university have not started so matches take my approximately half of the day .They show spectators on regular intervals. I just avoid looking at them by looking somewhere else .Does this count as a relapse ?

No, not a relapse. Not even close. Get out of your apartment. Do things that existed before the internet existed.

Can I use medicine for dealing with withdrawal symptoms such as blue balls ,headache and fever .Would not that affect my pace of recovery?

    "Avoid sexual thoughts"...

As if i choose wether they come or not. I can only try to deal with them and dismiss them once they are there, but that's pretty much it.

So far at 70 days into Monkmode, with reading, exercising and cold showers between 2-3 times a week.
On top of my regular workouts 3 times a week, i do yoga and dancing classes once each during the week.
    Works pretty well so far
I am dileberately not going where hot girls are working out though, it triggers me too much. So i actually leave and go somewhere else if that happens. The gym is big enough to avoid seeing those fit 20year olds doing ab-training in skin tight hotpants-workout clothes with a fully visible stomach.
    Screw that

Never use medicines in the first place. Always seek natural ways to get rid of discomforts. Take a walk, take a cold shower, eat well, drink some tea, exercise, you name it. Your body knows how to heal, just give it the recourses it needs. Only when your doctor tells you to take meds because your fever for example is getting out of hand you should do it. Don't just grab medicine to get a fast fix for your problems.
