Hi all! I'm a 24 years old porn and masturbation addict. I started fapping at a very young age, probably around the age of 4. Of course, at that time I was oblivious to the sexual nature of the activity. It simply felt good to touch myself down there. Then came elementary school and me and my friends explored the wonders of the internet and the amount of porn available through it. I think that was the time it became a harmful addiction. I am introverted by nature, but spending most of my teenage years sitting in front of a computer looking at porn really took a toll on my social life. I have very few people I can call friends and I rarely leave the confines of my own room. Despite this, I still managed to have sexual relationships with some women. What I noticed is that sex was great, but after a while real life experiences just couldn't live up to the amount and variety offered by pornography on the net. Also, after intense fap sessions I found it hard to have an erection that is sufficient for penetration. Nothing serious though, a few days of abstinence and rest always gives me back my "power". My taste in pornography has also changed during the years. Not necessarily towards the hardcore stuff; I have always liked the sensual, women-friendly kind of porn, but then I switched to more extreme genres: older women with younger guys (age gap has become a huge kink of mine), spit fetish, transexuals. Sometimes I end up watching the kind of videos after which I feel disgusted about myself. I also find it hard to concentrate on my job and everyday life. You see, whenever I decide that I will stop watching more pornography, I am constantly aroused in the day and then I can't fall asleep at night. I started searching for hobbies; I took up working out and reading fantasy books. I also play videogames. Still, I find it hard in my day-to-day life to resist the temptation of watching porn. Additionally, throughout my teenage years I always fought with acne on my face and back. My face cleared up, and my back is a lot better compared to what it used to be, but I still get minor breakouts time to time. I have read here that some of you experienced positive changes regarding acne after starting nofap; this motivates me even more. Anyway, here I am, this is my first attempt at a longer abstinence period. I'm at day five. I hope to share my experiences with you, fellas. Also, I am not a native speaker (for now let's just say I am from Europe).
