Made it to 90 days

So I’m one of those who made it through to 90 days. I feel great about it - sure at times it has been a challenge but I’m determined to not let it rule my life in the way it has tried to do in the past.

I couldn’t have done it without my wonderful wife. Already we have seen the benefits in our relationship- at times we have been as close as when we first met years ago. She really has been the biggest rock for me and supported me throughout. I know I’m doing this for myself but there’s a big part that’s doing it for her as well.

My advice to anyone is be realistic - it will be tough at times but set your boundaries to what you can manage, and you’ll soon see rewards! Here’s to the next goal - another 90 days!
