21 days is massive to me, I’ve been on porn since I was 12 or 13 years old, I M to P two to three times a day, morning before work, after work, before bed and any other time to fill in boring moments when I could of been doing a hobby,

In the past two weeks I’ve taken up

    Cold showered and never warm

    Energy off the roof

People (random people talk to me)

    I talk to anyone !

I do what my subconscious tells to to do. And listening to it will put you further to your pathways and goals.

    I gym a LOT harder

My relationship is a lot better, sex is majestic

My energy to say again is amazing

But this is hard at first but it gets better and better and better!

I’m only 21 days in but I’ve fully impressed it. Can’t wait to get to 90 and explain more benefits bois and gals

  9. I am happy you have results, however to add some realism to your expectations, remember that if you have dramatic change in how you feel that means you are not feeling normal.
We feel normal most of the time and then we have mood changes from emotions we experience, feeling optimistic and motivated for long time may seem like its amazing but it is not, all emotions must be temporary and for good reason.
My point is that it is common to experience elevated mood when you recover, but same mechanisms that make you less sensitive to porn the longer you watch it are also at play here, so will compensate for those and feelings you have will not last and you will gradually come down to your normal state.
Dont get me wrong you will feel better focus and motivation without abuse but do not expect this level of intensity to be the normal state of events moving forward. Its a typical mistake.

I would say recovery bring back "emotional flexibility" or ability to more deeply experience emotions, because body no longer compensates for negative effects of abuse. But this means you will enjoy emotions more not feel consonantly positive all the time.
