    Day 11 of 30
    Sexual urge is up to the roof, the bar for attraction has dropped so low, almost zero standards, I have to avoiding all females both online and offline.
    It’s getting harder controlling myself but it’s life or death so NO to instant gratification, NO pmo. Still going strong and I’m so proud of myself, I have so much more to gain doing this.

    27 days without PMO..... With 3 wet dreams averaging 1 wet dream per week and nearly 10 days of blue balls..... Still searching for flatlines...... Where the hell they are?? I need them so abstaining from PM should be easy. There is no concern about "O" as I am single :)
