    I'm on day three now, just started out on Sunday on my first try! My initial goal is 90, but with every week I give myself a nudge of appreciation for my achievement! After the 90 days I think I will continue on for ever, but let me first get to a determined target date :p

    I'm in. I've been at no P for 30 days, no MO for like... 15. I had a lot of pain so I MO'd 3 or 4 days ago but honestly, I wasn't worth it.

    After about a week of no PMO I started to feel like I was on steroids. I got way stronger (I use the RPE scale so I know I got way stronger) and my muscles got hard as rocks! I'm normally not vascular but I had veins popping out everywhere. I started talking to everyone totally spontaneously.

    I will trade a dull ache or a sharp pain in my nuts for the rest of my life as long as I feel that way again. As soon as I did that last MO, I've been ready to abstain for the rest of my life.

    ...guess I ought to get a counter going.

    Relapsed yesterday so I'm again on day 1, but I am determined this time and so I would like to join this challenge.
    I am new to NoFap, are we supposed to make updates on this thread about our experience with the challenge or is this thread just to join the challenge?
