55 days... here are the benefits

55 days is the farthest i've ever been on nofap. Day 25-ish I hit a flatline and had severe anxiety attacks that I almost went to the ER for. Around day 40-45, I had most of my social anxiety go away and I literally became a social butterfly. day 46 I just remember laying in bed feeling numb to everything. I could even feel a numbness in my brain that is hard to describe but it was scary. I'm the type to freak out when my body is out of wack or doing things outside of my control. Flat line is real, but so are the amazing effects i've had on my ability to socialize like a normal human being again. Since day 48 I have had ZERO urges to fap, fantasize, or do anything sexual. I'm still attracted to beautiful women though. I feel empowered. I will NEVER fall back into it again! Keep going guys it's worth it!
