after 11 days of no PMO I’m feeling low in my energy level!
Also agitated a bit and restless!
I wonder if these are related to this process?
I would really appreciate it if anyone write some comments or recommendations here!

Its probably the process, usually the brain starts to notice a change from the usual "intake". Also you might feel tired if your not being very physically active. I would suggest to you cold showers, lift some weights (deadlifts are great for a testosterone boost ) go for a run, eat good and meditate ( very important) . You should feel much better even with withdrawal symptoms. If you're into supplements i can suggest to you L Tyrosine and B12 peels. Check them out ! I wish us all a great recovery.

It's totally normal. You've entered into acute withdrawal phase of recovery. Fatigue, anxiousness, depression, insomnia, mood swings, headaches, cold like symptoms, flatline, anhedonia are all part of the game. Just be patient and hold on, things get getter over time. Get enough sleep, eat healthy (omega3-fish oil, zinc, vitamin D supplements highly recommended) and daily exercise help a lot.

No worries. That's absolutely normal and can be considered as withdrawal symptoms. Accept them as part of the healing process.

    Thank you guys a lot!
That’s quite helpful and meaningful for a rebooter to meet some ideas that feel the same!

Unfortunately like stated. Yes it’s withdrawls and they can hang around for awhile. Good news is it’s like a roller coaster. You will have some very good days and not so good days.
