    Hi,
I've noticed that I relapse whenever I'm alone. I even think of ways to be alone so that I can have a quick fap (but without porn as it's blocked here. But even then, it's hard as my urges overwhelm me whenever I get into that feeling that there's a need to fap and I live alone at my house. How do I stop myself?

Live a more productive life. Staying at home alone all day and having too much freetime is one of the main reasons why we all started fapping, which later on leads to an addiction. Staying at home will only make the problem worse.

I'm not gonna tell you how to live your life, although the tips and advice that I am about to give you will help you a lot because it helped me the most.

Wake up in the morning and start meditating for 5-10 minutes, it keeps the urges away and it makes you feel more relaxed. If you take showers in the morning or at night, take a shower with cold water. Cold water will also prevent urges and it will benefit your nofap streaks to become longer. Spend less time on the internet and stop wasting time watching TV and go outside instead. You usually get urges at home because your mind is not distracted, but when you are outside and are doing something productive like playing a sport or even just walking while listening to music on your headphones, your mind will be distracted and you wont get urges. Lastly, start reading books more often and go read them outside on your balcony, backyard, or even at a library.

Its all about distracting your mind and being more productive, and when you are at home doing nothing, you will relapse over and over again. Hope this helped you.
