I can do this. I got to 11 days 1st go on thos forum and doing this to keep me further motivated.

Starting on 7 minutes will have day 1 complete tomorrow

Relapsed yesterday but I am going to complete this challenge.

 

If we complete 3 day challenge and move to 7 day challenge do we start at day 1 for the 7 day? Or do we start with 4?
