84 days. Feeling grateful and encouraged that I overcame that hurdle a couple weeks ago. (Another thanks btw to those here who helped me through that.) Onward towards 90!

Strained relationships with your partner can be tough for both of you.So I definetely recommend watching this short video that really helps show the different psychology of men and women in a fun and userfriendly way.I just sent it to my wife too. Stay strong everyone. One day at a time.

Relapsed... i was just 3 hrs short of making day 1...... anyways now its 50 relapses in 19 days..congrats to myself...big achievement

 

Back to 1 week. I remember when there would be years one week did not seem possible. Today 1 week seems routine. Long streaks do build endurance and what is possible. Cheers to the next week for us all.
