Headache :(

It could just all be the worrying about the wet dream or the struggle to suppress the cravings. In my opinion wet dreams are normal, they have been reported for a very long time in history. Don't worry about the dream, and stay strong with the urges. It could well be another thing like dehydration, stress or maybe just an upcoming cold or something.

 

Or sleeping in a weird position that affects your neck muscles. Which leads to headaches. Or like me, I used to game Mobas for years up to 8-12 hours a day sometimes and always woke up with headaches. Tight neck muscles and staring at a screen for so long are the main causes. Consider these two causes

It could be from allergies, in many parts due to spring it's that time of year. It could be a withdraw symptom from the lack of dopamine. I say stay strong and push through.
