Binaural Beats

I looked into binaural beats and haven't found any solid studies on weather or not it is effective. I will say this I do use a meditation video which have binaural beats in the background. Studies show that mindful meditation does produce some positive effects. Once a day I try to lay down and listen to this video. I play it with two tabs one tab slightly behind the other with lower volume for an echo effect. I just like it. I linked the video for you if youre interested.
