    Lupus invites you to follow his experimental plan of rebooting connected with a daily lifestale changing programme. It is based on the Kaizen philosophy, i.e. small steps and small improvements applied every single day. Habits and routines are systematically developed and on the long run they become your new reality. They might require between 18 to 254 days to become automatic (based on Duhigg's research).
    Lupus will provide some ideas that you may try as well and give some feedback which will be greatly appreciated. :)
    The first little tip is to log in here every day and share your progress with us. Tracking your success is essential. So do not forget to celebrate another successful day of purity and freedom from PMO. As simple as that.

    Wonderful! Lupus thanks You very much for your participation and support.
    To begin building the discipline and willpower Lupus started with taking care of health and body conditions. The first step was to drink more water and hydrate the body. It is said to help a lot - get a huge glass of water after you get up and some more water every time you get sleepy, tired or simply thirsty. Everybody needs a good refreshment.
    Who will propose a toast of big glass of crystal clear water for our freedom? Lupus will do. For all those who are fighting now.

    Excellent! Lupus is proud of all who is ready to stop the vicious circle of PMO. To go on with little health improvements it is the right time to be consistent and disciplined about therapies and medicines you should take. For some of You this is only consolidation, for some it might be a good reminder. No process is effective without building a strong habit based on everyday repetition.

    @Danton_7 do not give up whatever happens. Your fight with PMO means that it happens much less often. Gradually it will disappear.
    The crucial thing is to keep on struggling. Some time ago Lupus read an article about eliminating bad habits which stated that one of the tactics is limitation. This means replacing the destructive and complex habit, e.g. PMO with something less devastating. So Lupus decided first to give up on porn as such, not necessarily resigning from orgasm caused by recurring thoughts or daydreaming. This is a private experiment which people might give a try or not. ;)
    For today the suggestion is to give your body some vitamins or other supplementation if you are willing to take any. Lupus likes ginseng to improve memory and learning condition.

    Thanks bro. Definitely not gonna give up so easily. But these days problem with me is I am not as serious as I should be, before even though I never surpassed 2 weeks I would relapse for 1-2 days and get back to NoFap again. But now my relapse time is increasing and I am also losing motivation. Don't know why?. But I will stay strong and go through this. One day i will be porn free!

    @Danton_7 you will do it, no doubt about it. Another habit building theory says about the importance of the trigger which makes you behave in a certain way. For Lupus it has always been stress, boredom and fetish. Stress can be limited by relaxation and lifestyle change, boredom might be eliminated but the third one is a problem - there is a totally non-sexual thing which causes incredible excitement and arousal. This is a little about Lupus fell into PMO...
    Today's idea for lifestyle improvement is to limit the amount of consumed alcohol. No matter what you drink, the state of being even a little drunk increses the risk of unwanted behaviour.

    Lupus wants to encourage you to go on with improving your health. Today the quest is very simple - think on your smoking... Lupus used to smoke and drink a lot in the past willing to find a substitute to PMO. It did not work at all. It only got worse.

    How are you doing, warriors? Is your health helping you in your fight for freedom?
    It is right time to do something about the look and appearance. ;)
    Difficult to admit, but not so long time ago Lupus used to be scruffy and untidy. Not having been taught how to take care of oneself and keep order around it was simply hard to learn on one's own. Finally it was successful!

    Lupus thanks you all for attention, following and activity on this programme. Sometimes the time is tough and such was yesterday for Lupus. Had to restart the counter - mistakes happen. No complaining.
