Incorrect, please stop spreading this myth. At most, it's something that a teenager that has no control over a new body function experiences initially.

A sexually matured adult that has them is not something normal or fine.

Wet dreams can also be controled/prevented.

A wet dream sets one back in the recovery process.

you do have a point M is like when a girl cheats on you and you put an excuse to go back with her (we do that with all our obsessions) but it’s your choice to feel miserable or to go on with it and understand it’s natural. I’ll recommend You to watch this.

No, it's not in my head, the same way gravity is not something in my head, it simply exists and thats how the world functions. The same with wet dreams, the body does NOT need to explel unused sperm, it is just a myth perpetuated by people that want to justify their wet dreams.

Wet dreams are a sign that there is still a problem. The more control you have over ejaculation and arousal, the less wet dreams you'll have.

I used to get wet dreams constantly, i even had twice in a night.

Now i havent had them in months even in monk mode and even if i get aroused during the day or even before i go to sleep.

  5. My last relapse was caused by a wet dream.
    1. It caused all the negative consequences including a strong chaser effect, just like PMO. For that reason I reset my 77 days counter.
    2. It was my own fault caused by a self control failure on the day before (getting aroused).
Conclusion: Wet dreams are not natural and harmful for recovery.

Thanks I will try that out. I'm not sure if this is true but I heard that if you eat right before going to bed you might get a wet dream.
