    I made today 30 days with no pmo. Although I am aiming to get to 90 days ( I'm in the 90 days challenge) I sure want to tell you folks that 30 days is a good experience but not enough. Is just like the monster is sleeping in the cave. If it wakes up it will be hungry and devour all that was deprived before. I hope you guys feel strong to get to 30 days and beyond. Cheers
