Male, 42. First looked at porn magazines around age 5, near-daily PMO since about age 14. Recently divorced...PMO definitely played a part in the demise of my marriage. The guilt can be overwhelming at times, but I need to do this to save my soul. I tried quitting once in 2007, and went to sex addicts anonymous for a time, but after relapsing at 8 days I gave up. Gosh I wish I'd had nofap back then, but it's here now, so let's do this thing.
