Stay away from the place you usually fap. Don’t watch anything that involves scenes where you could start thinking about PMO. If you consider to fap
-stand up do push-ups until you are tired as fck
-read a book that you’re interested in
-open your browser and read success stories
    -watch TedX on YouTube
-watch the video “Your brain on porn” from Gary Wilson

There are a lot of things you can do. Think about how you feel after doing it. It’s not worth it brother

And stop fckn counting how often you relapsed. Your mind will trick you like “one more time wouldn’t make a big difference”.
Today is a new day, forget about the past, you can’t change it. Don’t think too much about the future because you’ll never know until the time comes.
What matters is now, today is the most important day. Are you successful today?! Good job. Tomorrow is your new “today”.
PMO is an addiction and like any other addiction it’s hard to break it. Your brain needs to re-form its structure and that does take time. Be patient and you’ll see that nobody needs PMO.
    Take care mate
