Lifestyle Changing Programme

    Lupus' habit for today is cutting your fingernails. ;)
    It is awesome to have them equally short, aesthetic and clean.

    Health habits:
    1) Reporting on NoFap every day.
    2) Drink more water. Hydrate your body.
    3) Take your medicines (if you have to take any).
    4) Take your vitamins & supplements.
    5) Limiting alcohol.
    6) Cutting down on smoking. You can always give it up.
    7) Wearing glasses. Eyes are not replaceable.
    8) Brush your teeth. Do not attack everybody with dragon's breath. :D

    Look habits:
    9) Brush your hair and make your hairstyle right after you get up! :)
    10) Always wear your shoes shiny. It's essential. :)
    11) Shave every morning. Do not grow bush on your face. :D
    12) Take care of your fingernails. :) They are not a place for growing flowers.

    What about changing your body clock? Lupus is astonished with how productive one can be getting up earlier than 6:00 a.m. Who would take part in a challenge?

    Health habits:

    13) Start getting up earlier. If you don't like early mornings try to overcome yourself and get up 5 min. earlier than yesterday. Begin moving forward.
