any one starting over

Everyone starts over. I've started over many times. The most important thing you can do is not quit. Always find a new way to resist and re-frame.

Yeah, I am. How do you feel about starting over? It used to discourage me a lot when I had to start over. I wanted to be free of my urges of PMO and when I would lapse, sometimes even after 2 years of sobriety, I would just think I wasted all that time. I just wasted 2 years in the time it took for me to fall back and PMO. I realized I was being an idiot though. Even though I've relapsed again and again, I've never made the same mistake again. I've made different mistakes resulting in PMO, but I've tried hard to not make the same ones. I've worked through issues, just to find other issues that were making me unhappy. One day I'll be free of PMO for good, but that will be because PMO helped me uncover what was truly making me unhappy, and forced to me confront and resolve it. You're on the right path my man.
