    You're still not saying why.
    And I gave you examples why it's necessary to exercise every part of your body. And you didn't give me a counter-argument why the genital area should be an exception. Nighttime erections aren't enough, just like walking to work isn't doing sports. Doesn't mean your legs stop working when you don't do sports, they just aren't as fit as they could be.

    Aside from it being an abnormal behavior, your whole "reasoning" for masturbation to protect against prostate sancer is a study that i just debunked.

    Listen, you need to see how ridiculous it is to keep saying, with no evidence whatsoever, that nocturnal erections lasting dozens of minutes are not enough and that masturbation maintains penile integrity.

    By that logic almost animals should be impotent since masturbation is very uncomnun in nature.

    Please snap out of this rationalization circle or at least dont drag others down.

    You didn't debunk it. You just showed up with two other studies that didn't contradict the one I've linked. But of course that's "debunking" in your head, because you're one of these smart asses that can't take it when he doesn't "win" an argument. This rubs you so much I'm sure I could drag this conversation on forever if I just keep disagreeing with you.
    You don't even realize you're defending your viewpoint just as vehemently as I am (which makes you a hypocrite because you call me out on it) and then come up with things like "don't drag others down". Down from YOUR perspective, not mine. :D

    You STILL didn't give me any reason why you shouldn't masturbate. And I'm sure that has it's reasons too. You STILL didn't give me an explanation why genitalia is the only part of the body we shouldn't train. You still come up with your nocturnal erections as if that's all you ever needed to have great sex.
    Hey newsflash, there's more to masturbation than blood flooding into your dick. Libido control, upkeep of sexual hunger. Let me know if you have trouble understanding these concepts.

    Here is my advice that helped me out a lot when preventing urges. First of all, do not think about anything that make you horny in your mind when your about to go to sleep and when you wake up. Just don't think about fapping, girls, and porn, and quickly change the topic your thinking about in your mind. In order to prevent the urges, you need to meditate every morning and you need stop spending so much time on your computer/phone, restrict it if you really need to or just avoid it in the morning and delete any social media like IG and Twitter where you might get triggers.

    The thing that helped me out the most to kill the urges and prevent the urges is to take cold showers every morning right after you finish meditating. You can find mediation and cold shower videos and how to videos on YT. I highly recommend you do this because it helped me and so many other people out so much.
