18 years of addiction

I am new here.I would like to introduce myself, to share my problem with you. I am a porn addict since I was 13. Now I am 31. Heavily addicted. I have a beautiful wife, we've been together for 10 years now. But I've never been able to quit porn despite having real sexual life. It ruins my sex, to large extent. Makes me look at other women more than I should in everyday life. And I had a difficulty to have orgasm during sex - literarily I can last up to hours and no orgasm without porn, if I have an erection of course, as sometimes it stops or does not happen. And if I have sex takes hours. Someone would say 'cool man, you can do it so long'. No, it's not cool, not at all. My wife is getting tired after hour she is in pain and exhaustion. And any stress makes me having no erection and hard times to focus. And I don't find sex pleasant either, it is hard work that can take half of a night, hard work instead of pleasure. I have a difficulty to fertilize my wife, that's one of the reasons I realized I have a huge problem. I don't even know how to start. I simply fail on all attempts to quit. I've been an addict since I was a kid. More of my life I were an addict than I was not. 13 years no addiction, 18 years addiction.
