    Does fapping with my wife, or having sex influence recovery from porn addiction ? In my case I feel like it's helping, because the urge to use porn is much weaker. When I fap with my wife, I feel completely no need for porn. At least it works for now, I haven't used porn since 2 days only, so we will see how it goes.

    Yeah no issue at all if its with a real person. As long as you don't look at porn you're good. keep enjoying yourself buddy

    It's of course better than fapping to porn. In my case, however, I had to learn to trust my body to automatically get me aroused in appropriate situations. No trying to fap myself a boner, just letting go and enjoying.
