A few advices if you will... regarding erection and masturbation..

    Hello fellow sufferers and ex-sufferers.

    I am Davis, an ex-porn sufferer and I've ended this horrible porn addiction in 2018, I got cured and I am happy to be free and I respect you all humbly for this community, for your efforts and for your dedication. Porn is poison, we are meant to be natural !

    The issue I`m dealing it is of unknown origin, I suspect, either I had some injury somewhat around 2018 or I don't know. I cannot go fully 100% erect while lying or standing, just 90% . Doctors and all tests are ok, yet I don't know what's wrong. What would you recommend to this ex porn sufferer ? it is not porn related. Some have suggested kegels, have you tried that ? any other tips ?

    The second and most important question is masturbation :

    after a deal of time with dealing with my porn related problems I have become self aware, I dealed with yoga and lots of meditations, went in a trip to ancient India, China and Nepal to find the various truths of human nature. I have dedicated my mind body and spirit fully to health and to a good peacefull lifestyle, yet I humbly cannot find the truth online or in documented texts, how much masturbation is healthy to keep a long healthy sexual apparatus for man even at old age ?

    Is it okay to masturbate once a week ? once a day ? once a month ? never ? wouldn't not masturbating cause the sexual apparatus to go sleepy/latent/atrophyiatic ? in terms of no sexual activity for years, or it is self-conserving ? or should one masturbate a lot at times like to boost the power down there and keep the flame alive when one cannot copulate with a dear girl ?

    I am waiting answers based on some.. factual info, some studies maybe, let's find this truth and together we shall do it for a better lifestyle for us, all.

    so far i ve found this "medic" i am not sure he is medic that says that masturbation in excess is dangerous, is his theory truth ?

    I agree with this too. A lot of people in this forum are only repeating "don't watch porn", "never, ever masturbate", etc, ect. Not only is this quite unrealistic, but it's not even good advice in my opinion. I agree with the video 100%. A little bit of masturbation can be very beneficial as long as it does not constitute an addiction or a hard habit. The same goes for porn. What I am trying to do is to ejaculate at least once a week (if there is no sex, then through masturbation). It is good to keep the soldier trained for combat. Too long without any sexual activity and your penis will start to get used to this life-stile and lose vitality and sexual appetite. So whenever I masturbate I try to do it without porn, using nothing but my sick and dirty imagination, which I've found is sometimes even more pleasurable than porn because it does not limit me with what I want to "see" or imagine. It was kind of hard at first because I had gotten used to the laziness of just watching something and not have to imagine anything, but as I kept doing it I've realized that it can be amazing. It's not a rushed experience but rather a more pleasurable and relaxing sexual activity. If there is real sex, then it's even better, but if there is none, masturbation can be an excellent replacement (when not overused). Then the porn, I try to limit it to only once a month to try to detach myself to it a bit more. I am still working on this one, but I am getting a lot better.

    With regards to my ED, I have to say that it has improved slightly, but I feel like there is still a long way to go. I need to be more consistent with those rules and become better disciplined. but on the good side, I feel more "sexual" even if my penis doesn't go with the flow every time. I feel like I am going over my flatline and starting to regain some sensitivity there. I would need to wait longer and stick with the plan to see if there are continued improvements. Wish the best of luck to all those of you who are struggling in one way or another and with that we all find a solution to these issues.
