Day 13 feeling worse than before

    What could be wrong? Usually it seems people are feeling through the roof at around 2 weeks into their streak but for me I feel worse. I'm demotivated, anxious, no one is drawn to me, I'm tired, basically all the things that are supposed to end with NoFap. Is it a flatline I'm experiencing? And if so how long does it usually last before I can expect the improvements?

    Sounds like withdrawals and a flatline.

    Yeah man. My first run in with the flatline was brutal. I was so depressed. I know it sucks now but it will ease up if you stick with it.

    You've entered acute phase of withdrawal symptoms. Brace yourself, things will get ugly before they get better. For me acute withdrawal phase lasts from 3th to 12-16th week. The best thing you can do is to just let it be. Try to get enough sleep, eat healthy food, exercise daily. Time will do the rest.

    Yikes, so like 2-3 months!? But you swear after that it eased up? I can't imagine putting up with that for that long, I got really suicidal last time I was depressed like that for only a month

    I'm only speaking from my personal observations. Every time I start new hard mode streak things start to get ugly after two weeks of abstinence and stay ugly until I reach 90-120 days. Maybe you'll recovery from acute withdrawal phase will be faster. As I said, all I can tell you is my own experience.

    as long as u don't relapse u will only need to go through them once, remember that.
